Oh! I forgot to answer your questions! I like my Christmas decor either plaid and Victorian fancy, or outdoorsy. It's a weird mix that I think pretty well describes my personality. ;- )

I like lots of greenery, bows, garlands, and recently, nutcrackers, and recently, snowmen. I prefer white lights. The most interesting childhood thing that I brought with me was not from my parents, but from my great-grandparents. My mom always prefered the giant tree-magnifico, but in the past few years (probably since I have no children) I've felt like it was too much trouble to put up a giant tree for just myself and Tony. But then I remembered that my great-grandmother -always- had a small, beautiful tree on the library table in her parlor, and suddenly it all fell into place for me. I not only felt relieved, in a sense that it wasn't the size of the tree that made the Christmas bright, but the love in the home, and also a bit nostalgic for those family gatherings around the little tree in Great-grandma's home.

heheh. I've now posted my next blog entry in YOUR blog!
Love ya,
