Saralyn got a Jack-in-the-box for her birthday. It’s a nice one, too. Jack is cute, harmless. The tune in sweet in that plunky music box way. Eleanor and Saralyn played with it for a good long time yesterday, both together and separately. What they can’t do is change the tune.
Eleanor has make Pop Goes the Weasle play with the crank every time, but she sings Twinkle, Twinkle, Ring Around the Rosie and anything else she can think of to that Jack-in-the-box.
Kid! It’s Pop Goes the Weasel! Sing it. SING IT!!!
There was much debate in the lyrics between Eleanor’s family members. Is it All around the Cobbler’s bench or is it Mulberry Bush? Seriously, we are a family with chronic lyricosis.
