Saralyn got a Jack-in-the-box for her birthday. It’s a nice one, too. Jack is cute, harmless. The tune in sweet in that plunky music box way. Eleanor and Saralyn played with it for a good long time yesterday, both together and separately. What they can’t do is change the tune.

Mom saw the surgeon this morning and will have surgery on January second. She is going for another scan of some type this afternoon. I’ll keep you posted if anything changes.
