OK not a great first week. But try and try again.
I did accomplish the habit of writing down what I eat, and I found a weighloss buddy – Trish has agreed to keep me honest. Perhaps this week I will go to the gym that I bought a membership to last week!
I went to the farm on Saturday – got some poison ivy on the backs of my hands. I blame the fig tree. That’s where I saw the stuff. So far, it’s not too bad. I will just have to deal.
I have a date to make fat free banana blueberry muffins with my older girl this afternoon, but I want to share a great recipe I made up:
Easy Low-cal Asian Soup.
- 1 Box Chicken Stock (4 c.)
- 1 bunch boc choy – chopped
- 1 small box of button mushrooms- quartered
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
- 1 tofu cutlet (I used House) Diced
Add all to a pot. Boil until the veggies are soft. Eat (can serve over rice)
5 ww points in the WHOLE POT.
OK – My hands hurt…
