And if you can arrange it, go over there in a pouring rain, just to see if you can spot any problems. <strong>I have answered the agent and said that I want, amid other things, a lockbox on the house until closing. I think that is ONLY fair. There's just no way we can close until mid November the way loans are backed up. I'd say persevere because you love the house, but don't let them bully you. The house is their problem. I know living in limbo stinks, but you do have the luxury of time right now. <strong>Good - someone who says it's got red flags all over it and keep going.
